    My sons college is forcing students to use proprietary Adobe products like Illustrator and Photoshop and this really pisses me off. Any school should offer their students the possibility to use free and open source software and with #Inkscape, #GIMP, #Krita and #Blender there are excellent alternatives available.

    Zap - Zot6 social networking

    Development of Osada, a federated social network, will be abandoned and the osada.usezot.net instance will close on March 15th. I believe that Mike Macgirvin has choosen to focus on the zot protocol given that his latest endeavor https://zotlabs.com/zap/ will be based on zot6 without support for any other protocol.
